What is Spotify YourLibrary.json?

YourLibrary.json is the file inside Spotify account data that TrackMoose uses for manual artist import. It contains saved library data, including artist names TrackMoose can parse.

What to do with the file

    Download and extract Spotify account data

    After Spotify sends the export zip, extract it on your computer.

    Find YourLibrary.json

    Look for a file named YourLibrary.json in the extracted folder.

  3. 03

    Upload the file

    Use TrackMoose Bulk import on Favorite Artists and select YourLibrary.json.

Quick answers

Is YourLibrary.json the same as streaming history?

No. TrackMoose uses YourLibrary.json because it can contain the artist names needed for favorite-artist import.

Can I paste artist names instead?

Yes. TrackMoose also supports pasted artist lists and CSV-style text import.
